Yes. Security deposits range from $500 up to 1.5 months' rent based on approved credit.
Deposit listed is with approved credit. Based on the credit application, deposits may be up to one and a half months’ rent.
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?

When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
What is the late fee policy for rent payments?
A $50 late fee is charged on the 2nd of the month, plus $15 per day thereafter.

Online payments through the Resident Portal, cashier's checks, and money orders.
What utilities are required in the rent?
Water, sewer, and trash are included.
What appliances are included in the apartment?
Washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator.

Yes. Every home includes a washer and dryer.
